Subcontractor Registration & Prequalification

Working with Protrans Energy as a subcontractor.

Protrans Energy (Pvt) Ltd is a state-owned company, and our engagement of subcontractors is governed by applicable state-owned enterprise procurement regulations. All prospective subcontractors must complete a formal prequalification process before any cooperation can commence.

Minimum Information Required

Certificate of Incorporation and company registration documents
Valid tax clearance certificate and VAT registration (where applicable)
NSSA / statutory compliance registration
Company profile detailing relevant experience, capacity and technical capability
Proof of similar past projects, including client references and contact details
Valid public liability and/or professional indemnity insurance
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy and safety record
Bank confirmation letter and details of financial standing
Details of key personnel, plant and equipment relevant to the scope of work

Review & Shortlisting Process

Any subcontractor that has not previously cooperated with Protrans Energy must have the minimum information above reviewed and verified by Company Headquarters. Where the review is passed, the subcontractor is added to the Company’s Approved Subcontractor Shortlist.

Only subcontractors included on this shortlist are qualified to cooperate with Protrans Energy on projects. Prospective subcontractors are encouraged to submit documentation as early as possible to allow sufficient time for review ahead of any anticipated engagement.
